Parts and Refurbishment Specialist

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
The Parts and Refurbishment Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Refurbishments
Process returned products for refurbishment and resell
Repair/Rebox defective or broken returned products
Scrap product deemed unusable
2. Parts
Order Spare Parts from Factories. Both for existing and new skus
Ensure parts are picked, packed and shipped daily. This applies to regular and express shipments
Ensure the most cost effective method is used to ship spare parts
Identify and communicate any issues on the “Replacement Parts” sheet to Customer Service timely
Organize Spare Parts. This will include both physically and in inventory software
Communicate parts needed from returns to the refurbishment team either verbally or through their refurb sheet as available
Identify and consolidate common/shared parts
Take photos of spare parts and link to inventory software parts listings as time allows
Assist with improving and maintaining spare parts picking, packing and shipping program
Maintain department cleanliness
Respond to questions from the Customer Service team daily
Be available for questions from Customer Service by chat, email or in person as needed
Assist with identifying future spare parts space needs
Package spare parts shipments to customers in a way that ensures customers are likely to receive part in expected condition
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $18.00 -20 per hour plus productivity bonuses
