The Listing Strategist is responsible for driving the entire lifecycle of product content management across VIVO’s e-commerce platforms with the end goal of creating high-converting product listings. This role requires skills in listing optimization, creative and technical writing, a sharp eye for design, and a level of technical proficiency for managing our CMSs.

Schedule for the job is Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.  This position is onsite in Goodfield, IL.  

Responsibilities are as follows:

Listing and Content Creation

1.Building and management of product listings across each of VIVO’s e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Wayfair, and more
2.Creative and technical written content for online listings. Crafting compelling and SEO-rich messaging for bullets, titles, product descriptions, and A+ content
3.Keyword competitor research to identify top search terms and product features/benefits that differentiate from the market
4.Review all content for product listings before launch. Make sure all messaging and aesthetics flow together and are aimed at the intended audience.
5.Data analysis and A/B testing, monitoring sales and traffic performance, and updating listings based on data trends 
6.Building listings in each of our software platforms and populating these listings with their respective content
7.Understanding the unique listing requirements for each marketplace. Staying ahead of algorithm changes and policy updates


Communication, Task Management, and Catalog Maintenance

1. Weekly communications on new product arrivals and launch status
2. Submitting and tracking seller support cases for all marketplaces to resolve listing issues
3. Managing workflow efficiency and project tracking. Assisting with the ongoing development of our task sheets and listing team training
4. Plan of action (POA) listing updates, special request listing updates, marketplace compliance updates, and discontinued SKU removal
5. Organization of special marketplace listing projects

3-5 years of previous experience in Marketing or E-commerce is preferred
