What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities

Logistics

  1. Responds to emails in a timely and professional manner
  2. Google sheets maintained with information gathered through emails and chats
  3. General tasks including booking trucks, setting up LTL’s, etc. 
  4. Review and ensure accuracy of invoices

Third Party Warehouse Management

  1. Prepares and sends orders with correct attachments to 3rd party warehouse partners.
  2. Provide direction and communication to 3rd party warehouse partners as it relates to outbound and inbound orders.

Inventory

  1. Upload and maintain orders in warehouse management system accurately and effectively.
  2. Review, Receive and follow up on inventory moves from and to warehouse partners daily. 
  3. Work with the Inventory team to ensure Inventory is up to date and accurate at specific times to ensure accurate information for other departments of the VIVO team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
